1. Order Processing Time
All products are made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
2. Shipping Options
We offer several shipping speeds depending on your location and product type:

⚠️ Notes:
- Some orders shipped with Standard delivery may be upgraded to Priority at no additional cost if a faster service is available.
- Economy shipping cannot be upgraded.
- Express delivery must be selected during checkout — upgrades afterward are not available.
- Domestic US orders may occasionally be delivered to a parcel locker or nearby post office instead of directly to your address.
3. Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide to most regions.
Shipping costs and availability are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you haven’t received your tracking info within 7 business days, email us at whoopsieworld@contact.com and we’ll check on it for you.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.
While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues.

6. Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot issue a refund.
