Every shirt, hoodie, and item we produce is made just for you — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
1. Order Issues & Damaged Items
If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll replace the item at no cost to you — fast and hassle-free.
When reaching out, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem

2. Wrong Size or Change of Mind
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or change-of-mind purchases.
To help avoid sizing issues, please double-check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out — we’ll do our best to help you locate it, but we can’t always guarantee replacements for missing orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Order Cancellations
All our products are made to order.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it.
After production begins, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
